Cancellation Policy
Please Read Before Booking
Your veterinarian reserves time in their schedule exclusively for you, so we ask you to cancel as soon as you are able so that your veterinarian may help another family in need.
Because we send a doctor to your home we must enforce a strict cancellation policy.
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time. The card is charged in FULL for the appointment amount prior to us dispatching a doctor to your home. All Appointments canceled for any reason will incur a booking fee of $150.00 no matter what time the appointment is cancelled after your credit card is charged.
Appointments canceled within 4 hours or less of the scheduled arrival time will incur the FULL house call fee plus the $150.00 booking fee.
Once your doctor is onsite, ANY cancellations will incur the entire amount of the charged appointment. We apologize but at this point no refunds will be given.
